How to Become GoGas Partner

What you have to do:

You have to invest in this business and would have to sell our domestic & commercial LPG connections in your allotted area. You have to market the product to the households, restaurants, hotels in your area and supply them our cylinders. You have to arrange a commercial vehicle for cylinder transportation and lift the material (as per your requirement) from our LPG bottling plant and distribute the same to your customers in your allotted area. The essence of this business is providing timely and quality service to your customers & hence you have to ensure that you provide excellent service to your customers. You would get ROI in a year* (* The ROI may vary for each dealer/location depending on efforts put in for business development & is not a constant factor).

What support the company will provide:

The company will properly guide you regarding how to do this business, however you would have to put in your best efforts to develop this business in your allotted area. The company would also provide you with publicity material and would give news paper advertisement mentioning your dealership name in the advertisement. However, all such advertisement would be given at the company’s discretion.

GoGas is currently inviting/Appointing partners at three levels as described below. Each level has certain investment, infrastructure and task requirements. You can assess yourself in terms of these areas to judge which of the three levels suits you best and you can contact us with the specific role in mind and we should be there to help you.

Top Level – Super Distributor

The Super distributor will be IN DIRECT coordination with the company and will be appointing District Distributors under its defined territories. These District Distributors will also have to confirm to the policies as laid down below by the GoGas. The District Distributors may also be suggested by us by means of direct enquiries received by us.

The Super distributor will have to ensure the transfer and exchange of Empty/Refilled Cylinders from the company plant to its godown. He will also be responsible to ensure the availability of sufficient logistics at his end. He must also take out necessary statutory licenses & safety measures with our support to purchase, store and operate the business of LPG in confirmation to the requirements of concerned legal and governmental bodies.

This position requires higher investment, higher infrastructure and higher return but with lower runs of logistics.

Medium Level – District Distributor

The District distributor will be in direct coordination with the super distributor and will be appointing Retail Outlets under its defined region. These Retail Outlets will also have to confirm to the policies as laid down below by the GoGas. The Retail Outlets may also be suggested by us by means of direct enquiries received by us.

The District Distributor will have to ensure the transfer and exchange of Empty/Refilled cylinders from the Godown of the Super Distributor to its own. He will also be responsible to ensure the availability of sufficient logistics at his end.He must also take out necessary statutory licenses & safety measures with our support to purchase, store and operate the business of LPG in confirmation to the requirements of concerned legal and governmental bodies.

This position requires Medium investment, Medium infrastructure and Medium returns with Medium runs of logistics.

Customer Level – Retail Outlet / Booking Office

The Retail Outlet will be in direct coordination with the District Distributor and will be taking bookings for the gas connections directly from consumers such as Domestic Users or Commercial Users in his defined region.

The Retail Outlet will have to ensure the transfer and exchange of Empty/Refilled cylinders from the Godown of the District Distributor to its own. He will also be responsible to ensure the availability of sufficient logistics at his end to deliver and pick up empty/Filled Cylinder from the customer End.He must also take out necessary statutory licenses & safety measures with our support to purchase, store and operate the business of LPG in confirmation to the requirements of concerned legal and governmental bodies.

This position requires Lower investment, Lower infrastructure and Variable Returns with higher runs of logistics.
